This promotion is designed around a diary concept filled with various unique summer dishes and desserts. Targeting the main customer base, the MZ generation (Millennials + Generation Z), it plans to offer over 100 different summer delicacies and desserts.
Specifically, the promotion is organized into three themes: 'Refreshing Summer Flavors' featuring cool summer dishes, 'Healing Matcance' offering local dishes from vacation spots such as Southeast Asia and Jeju Island, and 'Special Energy Recharge' providing nourishing summer health foods.
'Refreshing Summer Flavors' includes menus that help beat the heat, ranging from cold noodles to soba and bibim noodles. It offers dishes developed with recipes optimized for group catering by star chefs and Samsung Welstory’s menu development team, such as Chef Lee Won-il’s nourishing cold noodles and Chef Jung Ho-young’s cold ramen (Hiyashi Chuka).
Additionally, unique delicacies popular among the MZ generation, such as 'Mara Chicken Bibim Noodles' with spicy mala sauce and the refreshing 'Squid Perilla Oil Cold Pasta,' are also available.
'Healing Matcance' presents local dishes from various countries, including Southeast Asia, Japan, and Jeju Island, reinterpreted in Samsung Welstory’s unique style. It also features local dishes developed by MZ generation employees who participated in the 'Summer Menu Contest' held for company staff, incorporating their own know-how and preferences. Dishes rarely seen in cafeterias, such as 'Okinawa-style Taco Rice' and 'Cheonggyul Chamoe Soba,' will be offered.
'Special Energy Recharge' aims to help cafeteria users stay healthy during summer by providing representative domestic health foods like potato samgyetang made from seasonal summer potatoes, as well as unique dishes such as Cantonese abalone mushroom soup, a famous Chinese health food, served directly by Chinese chefs.
Moreover, desserts that allow indirect experience of famous Japanese and vacation spot bakeries will be provided, including three types of butter rolls from the Japanese-style bakery brand 'Oshio Pangya' and pretzels from the trendy Seongsu hotspot 'Brouter Seongsu.'
