Ideas Wanted for Developing Sancheong Herbal Medicine Festival
Various Topics Including Il-tal Content Accepted Until the 30th
Sancheong County in Gyeongnam announced on the 3rd that it will be holding a national idea contest to discover ways to further develop the Sancheong Herbal Medicine Herb Festival.
This idea contest is being promoted to collect new ideas from the public and apply them to the development of the county's representative festival, the Herbal Medicine Herb Festival.
The themes for idea submissions include: ▲New killer content that can embody the festive spirit of deviation ▲Linked programs utilizing Donguibogam Village and Gujeolcho (Chrysanthemum zawadskii) ▲Creative participation and experience programs that can attract the interest and curiosity of local residents and tourists ▲Linked programs that allow areas outside the main festival site to participate in the festival ▲Other ideas that can enhance the festival's competitiveness and contribute to revitalizing the local economy.
The contest will run for four weeks from the 3rd to the 30th, and anyone in the country can participate. Participation is possible online, in person, or by mail.

Depending on the results, one grand prize winner will receive 1 million KRW, two excellence award winners will each receive 500,000 KRW, three encouragement award winners will each receive 400,000 KRW, and five effort award winners will each receive 200,000 KRW.
A county official stated, "Through this idea contest, we aim to make the Sancheong Herbal Medicine Herb Festival, our representative autumn festival, even richer," and added, "We hope for the enthusiastic interest and participation of the public for the further development of the festival."
