Gyeonggi Province and the Gyeonggi Tourism Organization will launch the Gyeonggi Tour Pass, an integrated tourism pass that allows free access to 85 tourist facilities within the province for 19,900 KRW (24-hour pass), on the 3rd.
The Gyeonggi Tour Pass provides unlimited access to 69 tourist attractions and 16 cafes and dessert shops located in 31 cities and counties, including Gwangmyeong Cave, Petite France, Anseong Farmland, and Herb Island.
After gathering feedback from tourists who used the Gyeonggi Tour Pass last year, Gyeonggi Province released the 24-hour pass (19,900 KRW) and the 72-hour pass (35,900 KRW) following the initial single 48-hour pass.
Tourists wishing to purchase the Gyeonggi Tour Pass can buy it from 15 sales channels, including the Tour Pass Mall (official site), Naver Smart Store, Coupang, TMON, WEMAKEPRICE, 11st, Gmarket, Auction, Yanolja, Yogi-ottae, Wag, Noriui Balgyeon, KKday, Klook, and MyRealTrip.
Park Yang-deok, Director of the Tourism Industry Division of Gyeonggi Province, said, "With just one Tour Pass, visitors can enjoy a variety of tourism resources in Gyeonggi Province," adding, "We will strive to expand the number of affiliated Tour Pass merchants to increase tourist satisfaction and broaden their choices."
Meanwhile, Gyeonggi Province plans to expand the number of affiliated Tour Pass merchants to 150 by the end of the year. Additionally, package passes combined with popular tourist spots such as theme parks, regional passes considering travel distances like the East-West-North-South zones, and region-specific passes for areas dense with tourist attractions will be released sequentially.
