[Weather] Rain in Some Areas Including Gangwon and Gyeongsang... Daytime High Temperatures 19~28°C

The Korea Meteorological Administration forecasted on the 1st, "Occasional rain will fall mainly in Gangwon Province and the Gyeongsang region," adding, "Strong rain accompanied by gusts, thunder, and lightning is expected in some areas, especially in the inland and mountainous areas of Gangwon and the Gyeongbuk region, from late night on the same day until early dawn tomorrow."

There will also be occasional rain from afternoon to evening in eastern Gyeonggi, northern Chungbuk, and the Gyeongnam region.

Expected precipitation amounts are 5-10 mm in eastern Gyeonggi of the Seoul metropolitan area, 5-20 mm in inland Gangwon, around 5 mm on the east coast of Gangwon, 5-10 mm in northern Chungbuk of the Chungcheong region, 5-20 mm in Gyeongbuk of the Gyeongsang region, and around 5 mm in Busan, Ulsan, and inland Gyeongnam.

Until the day after tomorrow, daytime temperatures will be around 25 degrees Celsius in most parts of the country, while the east wind blowing in Gangwon Yeongdong and the east coast of Gyeongbuk is expected to keep temperatures around 20 degrees Celsius.

On the morning of the 2nd, the lowest temperature will range from 11 to 16 degrees Celsius, and the highest temperature during the day will range from 19 to 28 degrees Celsius.

Strong winds are expected mainly along the west coast of Chungnam, the coast of Jeonnam, and Jeju Island until morning.

Strong winds and high waves will occur in the southern sea and the waters around Jeju Island, so navigation and fishing vessels should exercise caution.
