'National Innovation Idea Contest' until June 24

The Small Enterprise and Market Service announced on the 31st that it will hold the '2024 National Innovation Idea Contest' until the 24th of next month to revitalize small businesses and traditional markets.
The contest themes are divided into 'innovation' and 'ESG (Environment, Social, Governance)', including public service innovation, digital technology innovation, and management efficiency innovation. Anyone interested in small business support policies can participate. This contest was organized to discover innovative ideas from the public's perspective to revitalize small businesses, traditional markets, and shopping districts, and to reflect them in small business support policies.
Submitted ideas will be evaluated based on innovation, appropriateness, effectiveness, concreteness, feasibility, and sustainability. According to the evaluation results, a total of six entries will be selected: one grand prize (1,000,000 KRW), one gold prize (500,000 KRW), two silver prizes (300,000 KRW each), and two bronze prizes (200,000 KRW each), with awards including the Chairman's certificate and rechargeable card-type Onnuri gift certificates. Additionally, 20 participants will be randomly drawn to receive a 10,000 KRW rechargeable card-type Onnuri gift certificate.
