Ownership of Old Daejeon Bucheongsa Transferred to Daejeon City After 52 Years
Utilizing 'Daejeon 0si Festival' as a Comprehensive Situation Room and Promoting Historical Tourism Resource Development Project
The old Daejeon Provincial Government Office, which was at risk of demolition due to continuous ownership changes, has become the property of Daejeon City and a historical tourism resource project is being promoted.
According to the city on the 29th, the final payment for the old Daejeon Provincial Government Office and the registration of ownership transfer have been received.
The city plans to first utilize the Daejeon Provincial Government Office building, which has returned to the citizens after 52 years, as the comprehensive control room for the Daejeon0 City Festival in August.
Subsequently, the city plans to promote a new local heritage historical tourism resource project by linking it with the modern heritage of the original downtown area, utilizing storytelling and historical resources.
