June Bogumjari Loan Interest Rate Frozen... Lowest 3.05~3.35%
Korea Housing Finance Corporation (HF) announced on the 29th that it will freeze the interest rates for June on the long-term, fixed-rate, installment-repayment mortgage loan product, 'Bogeumjari Loan.'
Accordingly, the interest rates for the 'Akkim e-Bogeumjari Loan' will be maintained at an annual rate of 4.05% (10 years) to 4.35% (50 years).

Additionally, if additional preferential interest rates (up to 1.0 percentage point) are applied to low-income youth, newlywed households, socially disadvantaged groups (such as persons with disabilities and single-parent families), and victims of jeonse fraud, the lowest interest rates of 3.05% (10 years) to 3.35% (50 years) per annum will be applied.
