View original imageThe Gyeonggi Pyeongtaek Port Authority held its first 'Performance Management Committee' meeting of the year. The Performance Management Committee consists of five internal and external members and is responsible for the final review and resolution of performance results, as well as mediation of objections.
On the 28th, Pyeongtaek Port Authority held the '2024 1st Performance Management Committee' and announced on the 29th that in-depth discussions were conducted regarding this year's departmental and individual performance management plans.
At this meeting, the committee addressed ▲ major revisions compared to 2023, including raising the social contribution activity targets for each department ▲ introduction of government-recommended priority purchase performance standards linked to management evaluation indicators ▲ and the new introduction of annual leave usage rate as a departmental indicator.
Kim Seok-gu, President of Pyeongtaek Port Authority, emphasized, "The committee will not be a one-time event but will be held regularly to actively support systematic year-round performance management of departments and employees, including changes in performance indicators due to organizational restructuring and personnel transfers, and assignment of new employee indicators upon new hires."
