Perfect scores in excellent company recruitment rate and external evaluation pass rate
The Korea University of Technology and Education's Work-Learning Dual System Joint Training Center received the highest S grade for the fourth consecutive year in the '2023 Work-Learning Dual System Joint Training Center Performance Evaluation' conducted by the Human Resources Development Service of Korea.

Work-Learning Dual System, led by the Ministry of Employment and Labor, is a new education and training system based on ‘field-oriented training,’ where companies hire young workers and conduct training based on the National Competency Standards (NCS) both on-site and off-site, providing qualifications through evaluations. The Work-Learning Dual System Joint Training Center is responsible for recruiting partner companies, supporting the recruitment and hiring of learning workers, providing off-the-job training (Off-JT), supporting apprenticeship-style on-the-job training (OJT), and assisting with the evaluation of learning workers.
The KOREATECH Joint Training Center achieved high scores, including perfect marks in areas related to supporting and evaluating learning companies, such as the recruitment rate of excellent companies and the external evaluation pass rate.
In particular, the number of participating learning companies reached 185, with the recruitment rate of excellent companies rising to 83.9%, a 39.9 percentage point increase compared to last year, demonstrating an outstanding company participation rate. The pass rate for the national qualification exam, the Work-Learning Dual System external evaluation, also increased by 16.4 percentage points from last year to 73.4%.
