Changnyeong County Holds Policy Development Workshop to Proactively Respond to Administrative Environment

Changnyeong County, Gyeongnam Province, announced on the 27th that it held a policy development workshop at Bugok Oncheon within the county for two days from the 23rd to the 24th, targeting about 50 public officials affiliated with the county, in order to strengthen the employees' work capabilities.
This workshop was held under the theme of proactive response to the rapidly changing administrative environment and the development of county administration through change and innovation. It included group discussions and training sessions on topics such as responding to local extinction and population decline, which have emerged as serious national issues, understanding Changnyeong County's policy vision, and trends for change and innovation.

In addition, lectures on work-life balance were held, covering topics such as emotional communication skills within the organization, impression strategies that create a positive image, and achieving organizational growth through personal growth in a flexible organizational culture. These sessions helped relieve work-related stress for the employees who attended the workshop and provided them with an opportunity to recharge.
County Governor Sung Nakin visited the workshop and said, "Although we are facing difficult circumstances due to the crisis of local extinction caused by population decline and economic stagnation, it is now the time when creative ideas and capabilities are needed to overcome these challenges." He added, "I ask that you devote yourselves to policy development that can contribute to the county's development through this workshop."
