Dong-Eui Institute of Technology Department of Nursing Successfully Concludes Employment Competency Enhancement Camp
The Department of Nursing at Dong-eui University of Science and Technology (President: Kim Youngdo) successfully completed the "Employment Competency Enhancement Camp" for fourth-year students on the 11th and 18th.

View original imageThis program was organized to efficiently manage the competencies and experiences that students have accumulated over four years, and to support a higher level of personalized employment for each student.
On the 11th, special lectures were held on ▲Stable speaking skills through healthy voice?pronunciation, vocalization, and breathing (Instructor: Ha Seunga) ▲Hospital-tailored self-introduction letters (Instructor: Han Dongsu, Nurse Research Institute). The sessions covered pronunciation and vocalization techniques required for interviews, methods and precautions for writing self-introduction letters, and essential content that must be included in hospital-specific self-introduction letters.
The mock interview held on the 18th provided students with an opportunity to experience a real interview environment, with nursing department heads from five hospitals in Busan participating as interviewers.
Student Won Jinseon, who participated in the program, shared, "It was very beneficial to learn actual interview methods and techniques through the mock interview."
Kim Yoonji, Head of the Department of Nursing, said, "This program was a valuable opportunity to directly experience and enhance the employment skills required in the medical field."
All faculty members of the Department of Nursing at Dong-eui University of Science and Technology are guiding students based on excellent clinical environments and practical education. The "Employment Competency Enhancement Camp" is expected to be of great help to nursing students as they grow into outstanding nurses in the medical field.
