View original imageGyeonggi Province will hold the "15th Multicultural Family Speaking Contest" on the 25th at the Gyeonggi Human Resources Development Institute in Jangan-gu, Suwon.
The Multicultural Family Speaking Contest was organized to foster happy families and nurture global talents through understanding and communication among members of multicultural families.
The contest is divided into two categories: bilingual and Korean language. In the bilingual category, 15 children from multicultural and foreign families advance to the finals and present first in Korean, then in their parents' native language. In the Korean language category, 5 marriage immigrants advance to present. Children from foreign families are included as participants starting this year.
Gyeonggi Province will also provide various enjoyable events such as congratulatory performances and experience programs on the day of the contest. The contest will be broadcast live on Gyeonggi Provincial Government's YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/live/_UbO2z6zYUQ).
