7-Eleven Hosts 'Cheer Up Partners Day' for On-Site Win-Win Growth
Delivery of Coffee and Beverages to Partner Company 'Green Chicken'
Seven Eleven, a convenience store operated by Korea Seven, announced on the 24th that it will plan a surprise event to promote mutual growth and support with its partners as part of the ‘W Project (Win-Win),’ a project to activate co-growth with franchisees and partner companies.
On the previous day, Seven Eleven held a ‘Cheer Up, Partners Day’ event to encourage partner company employees at the headquarters of Green Kitchen, a food specialty company located in Gimpo-si, Gyeonggi-do. Green Kitchen is a manufacturer of convenient food products such as lunch boxes, gimbap, and triangular gimbap, which are key products of Seven Eleven, and has maintained a partnership with Seven Eleven for 13 years since 2011.
On that day, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., Seven Eleven operated a Seven Cafe truck equipped with 200 servings of refreshing Seven Cafe iced coffee, beverages, and snacks to help beat the early summer heat. To commemorate the event, products co-created by Seven Eleven and Green Kitchen were sequentially displayed on the truck. Additionally, as a gratitude event for Green Kitchen employees, a ‘Spin the Wheel’ event was held, awarding Seven Eleven mobile gift certificates. Visitors who took photos at the photo zone set up at the venue and posted them on Instagram with the required hashtags (Green Kitchen, Co-Growth) were entered into a draw to win movie tickets.
Earlier, on the 16th of last month, Seven Eleven also visited Hanil Food, a popular private brand noodle product manufacturer known for ‘Ubulsikdang Instant Udon’ and ‘Kaden Udon,’ sending a coffee truck filled with Seven Cafe coffee and snacks to employees and setting up a photo zone. Seven Eleven plans to continue visiting excellent partner companies nationwide to foster communication.
