Ministry of SMEs and Startups Develops Win-Win Model with Large Corporations to Enhance Small Manufacturers' Competitiveness
E-Land and Partnership Agreement Signing
On the 23rd, the Ministry of SMEs and Startups announced that a win-win cooperation agreement was signed at the Changsin Apparel Small Business Specialized Center in Changsin-dong with the Win-Win Growth Committee and the Small Enterprise and Market Service partnering with E-Land, a major company in the fashion and distribution sector. The area around Changsin-dong and Sungin-dong, where the Changsin Apparel Small Business Specialized Center is located, is the largest cluster of apparel manufacturing small businesses in South Korea. More than 1,600 apparel small businesses are gathered there.
The main contents of the agreement on this day include ▲establishing collaboration programs based on a win-win cooperation model between small businesses and major fashion companies ▲supporting the creation of an environment to improve the working conditions of small businesses within the cluster ▲expanding sales channels and holding special exhibitions using the online and offline infrastructure owned by E-Land World and E-Land Retail ▲operating educational programs for the startup and growth of apparel manufacturing small businesses.
With this agreement, apparel manufacturing small businesses will be able to widely showcase their excellent products to domestic and international consumers by leveraging the solid distribution network and marketing capabilities of large corporations. Large corporations, in turn, are expected to meet diverse consumer needs and respond flexibly to rapidly changing fashion trends by selling unique and excellent small business products through their own infrastructure.
