Toyota Korea Donates Sponsorship to Sejong Kkum Namu Orchestra
Kim Hyung-jun, Director of Korea Toyota Motor Corporation, and Ahn Ho-sang, President of Sejong Center for the Performing Arts, visited the Sejong Dream Tree Orchestra rehearsal site on the 22nd to encourage the children.

Toyota Motor Korea announced on the 23rd that it has donated 60 million KRW to the Sejong Dream Tree Orchestra of the Sejong Center Foundation to support children and adolescents from culturally marginalized groups. This marks the fourth consecutive year of sponsorship, with the total accumulated sponsorship amount reaching 220 million KRW. Every year, about 100 children and adolescents receive professional music education as orchestra members. The orchestra members also have opportunities to experience culture by attending free concerts or receiving tickets to performances. The Sejong Dream Tree Orchestra has been operated by the Sejong Center as part of its social contribution projects since 2010 and is regarded as the Korean version of El Sistema.
