Kiturami Beomyang Cooling Unveils Next-Generation Cooling System for Data Centers
Participation in the Korea Mechanical Equipment Exhibition
Kiturami is set to activate sales of data center cooling systems, whose demand is increasing due to the artificial intelligence (AI) boom. Kiturami Group's refrigeration and air conditioning affiliate, Kiturami Beomyang Cooling, announced that it will participate in the '2024 Korea Mechanical Equipment Exhibition' held at SETEC from the 22nd to the 24th, showcasing four types of data center cooling systems.
The products exhibited at this exhibition include one type of immersion cooling system, a next-generation cooling technology for data centers, and three types of air cooling systems. The immersion cooling system ‘AIC24’ cools data center servers using a special oil tank that does not conduct electricity. It is explained to demonstrate excellent cooling performance in server environments with high heat generation and heavy power consumption. In particular, the immersion cooling system can reduce power usage to as low as one-tenth compared to air cooling methods, and investment and operating costs can be cut by up to 45%. The oil tank housing the servers is cooled by natural convection without a circulation pump, ensuring high reliability and easy maintenance.
Along with this, Kiturami Beomyang Cooling will also unveil customized air cooling systems suitable for different data center scales and characteristics, including ▲the general-type constant temperature and humidity unit (CRAH) ‘Mini-Space’ applicable to small server rooms ▲‘Cyber Row,’ which is inserted between multiple server racks to provide heat unit cooling ▲and ‘Cyber Rack,’ installed at the rear of each server rack to operate individual cooling.
