The program included ▲special lectures by experts ▲one-on-one customized consultations with experts ▲business plan writing and presentations of outstanding business plans ▲and networking among young CEOs.
The participating young CEOs were divided into groups according to their startup fields and items, analyzed the process of designing their own business models (BM) and growth stage roadmaps, and were assigned experts in investment, distribution, and commercialization as mentors for one-on-one customized consultations.
They also had time to redefine their business models by sharing improvements through practical business plan writing and feedback, and presenting outstanding business plans in groups.
Yeon Eungjun, CEO of Sejemall, who participated in this training, said, "It was a valuable opportunity to check whether our business operations are on the right track through advice from experts in distribution, marketing, and investment, which are essential for companies," and added, "Networking with other young CEOs helped build rapport and expand new business ideas."
Hah Inseong, Director of Gyeongbuk Technopark, said, "We will spare no effort in providing comprehensive support to discover promising young startups and foster innovative companies that can become representative enterprises of Gyeongbuk."
