Korea Exchange Holds Corporate Value-Up Seminar for Local Companies
The Korea Exchange announced on the 20th that it will hold on-site briefing sessions for regional companies from the 28th of this month to the 28th of next month to support corporate value enhancement and disclosure.
These briefing sessions are planned to be held 12 times across six regions nationwide, including Gyeonggi, Gyeongbuk, and Jeolla, targeting disclosure officers and personnel of KOSPI and KOSDAQ listed companies, with prior registration required. The Exchange will conduct a demand survey related to participation applications through the Listed Disclosure System and other channels.

An official from the Exchange stated, "The briefing sessions will introduce guidelines for corporate value enhancement plans and explain recent issues related to amendments in the Corporate Governance Report and disclosure systems." They added, "We plan to encourage voluntary participation of listed companies in the value-up program and promote consulting and translation support for small and medium-sized listed companies."
