Park Gang-su, Mayor of Mapo-gu, Encourages Athletes Participating in Seoul Citizens Sports Festival
Park Gang-su, Mayor of Mapo District, encouraged the athletes heading to Jamsil Indoor Gymnasium and other venues on the morning of the 18th at the plaza in front of Mapo District Office for their participation in the 2024 Seoul Citizens Sports Festival.
The team representing Mapo District in the competition consists of about 190 athletes active in amateur sports such as aerobic gymnastics, park golf, gateball, and table tennis, as well as citizen participation events including shuffleboard, hookball, and group jump rope.
Along with them, a cheering squad of about 50 people accompanied the athletes to support them with enthusiastic cheers on site.
