On-the-spot Arrest for Obstruction of Official Duties
On the 17th, the Namdaemun Police Station in Seoul arrested four members of the Korean Public Service and Transport Workers' Union, affiliated with the Korean Confederation of Trade Unions, on the spot while they were attempting to enter the City Hall building to request a meeting with Seoul Mayor Oh Se-hoon, and they are currently under investigation.

It is reported that they attempted to enter the building demanding a meeting with Mayor Oh.
