On the 17th, Buyeo-gun announced that it will officially launch the "Buyeo Eunsan Chungnam-type Rural Live Together" project.
This project is being carried out on the site of the former Eunsan Elementary School at 143-8 Eunsan-ri, Eunsan-myeon, to stabilize housing for young people and low-income residents in rural areas.
The county plans to build 20 detached public rental housing units of 85㎡ each with an option to purchase, along with a 12.54㎡ attached warehouse, on the 10,845㎡ site of the closed elementary school, and also provide a 85.20㎡ community facility for residents to communicate.
Additionally, to reduce the residents' burden, the houses will be designed from the planning stage as Zero Energy buildings using system air conditioners, sinks, built-in wardrobes, and solar power facilities to reduce electricity costs per household.
