View original imageAccording to business circles on the 16th, Minjung is scheduled to hold her wedding ceremony in October at the Walkerhill Hotel in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, with Mr. A, a Chinese-American businessman.
Mr. A is an elite entrepreneur who graduated from Harvard University and Stanford University Graduate School of Public Policy. He currently runs a software-related startup. It is also reported that Mr. A served in the U.S. military stationed in South Korea for about a year.
After recently resigning from SK Hynix, Minjung co-founded an AI-based healthcare startup called Integral Health. Integral Health partners with U.S. healthcare institutions and health insurance companies to provide programs that manage mental health.

Minjung graduated from the Business Administration Department at Peking University in China. In 2014, she made headlines by voluntarily enlisting as a naval officer candidate, which was unusual for a chaebol family daughter. After her discharge, she joined Hongyi Investment, one of the top 10 investment firms in China, where she gained experience in global mergers and acquisitions (M&A). She joined SK Hynix as an assistant manager in 2019 and took a leave of absence in early 2022. Afterwards, she served as an unpaid advisor at Dun, a telemedicine startup in San Francisco, USA, and volunteered in education at SMART, a local NGO.
