A Man in His 50s Arrested for Wielding a Weapon at a Man Found with His Ex-Girlfriend at Her House
A man who became angry upon seeing a man with his ex-girlfriend and wielded a weapon was arrested by the police.
On the 16th, the Hyehwa Police Station in Seoul announced that they have apprehended and are investigating a man in his 50s, identified as Mr. A, on charges of aggravated assault.
According to the police, Mr. A visited his ex-girlfriend's house in Changsin-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul, at around 12:30 a.m. that day, and upon seeing the man who was with her, he injured the man's face with a weapon found in the kitchen.
The victim sustained injuries to his jaw and other areas but is reported to be in no life-threatening condition. Mr. A was reportedly intoxicated at the time.
