Icheon-si Recruiting Participants for 'Youth Activist Training Program'
The Icheon Youth Policy Development Center in Gyeonggi-do is recruiting participants for the '3rd Icheon City Youth Activist Training Course' until the 19th.
The youth activist training course is a program prepared with the support of Icheon City to nurture local youth activists through a diverse curriculum by experts in various fields. The number of recruits is 20.
The training will be held for five days from the 28th to June 1st at the Youth Job Cafe 'Youth e-room' in Seolbong Park, Icheon. The education consists of a total of five basic lectures, including capacity-building training, speech solutions, and benchmarking, designed to enhance the flow of youth policies and the capabilities of young people. Youth who participate in more than 60% of the entire course will receive a certificate of completion and be provided with networking opportunities with youth activists from various fields.

The Icheon Youth Policy Development Center is a youth council formed in February 2020, consisting of representatives and practitioners of youth organizations in the Icheon area. It carries out various activities such as creating an urban ecosystem for youth. The organization plans to hold the 'Icheon City Youth Day Festival,' which will be planned and executed directly by young people this year.
