Chungnam Office of Education Files Supreme Court Appeal Against Student Human Rights Ordinance Abolition
"Ordinance to Abolish Violates Constitution and Superior Laws"
The Chungnam Office of Education filed a lawsuit with the Supreme Court on the 13th against the ordinance to repeal the Chungnam Student Human Rights Ordinance, which was passed by the Chungnam Provincial Council.
On the 24th, the Office of Education judged that the repeal ordinance, re-approved by the Chungnam Provincial Council, violated the Constitution and higher laws, and submitted a petition for nullification to the Supreme Court. Along with this, they also submitted a request for suspension of execution to prevent confusion and damage in the student human rights protection system.
