Baemin Robot, Ranked No.1 in Brand Customer Loyalty Awards

Consecutive Awards Following Last Year
Bee-Robotics announced on the 13th that Baemin Robot won first place in the serving robot category at the ‘2024 Brand Customer Loyalty Awards.’ The ‘Brand Customer Loyalty Awards’ selects outstanding brands in each category annually using evaluation indicators jointly developed by the Korea Consumer Forum and Brand Keys, a top 10 brand evaluation organization in the United States. This year, there were 1,363,683 consumer participations.
Baemin Robot received high scores in brand trust and switching intention among the five evaluation criteria: brand trust, brand attachment, repurchase intention, recommendation intention, and switching intention. Baemin Robot, which also ranked first in the serving robot category at the ‘2023 Brand of the Year Awards’ last September, has won in a credible evaluation directly selected by consumers for two consecutive years.
Kim Min-su, CEO of Bee-Robotics, said, “As Baemin Robot is leading the serving robot market, we will do our best to reduce the burden of introducing serving robots through a lowest price declaration and provide industry-leading service levels during the contract period.”

Bee-Robotics, a subsidiary of Woowa Brothers, started the serving robot rental service at Baedal Minjok in 2019 and launched as a serving robot subsidiary of Baedal Minjok in February last year. To date, it has supplied over 3,100 serving robots to 2,000 stores.
