DP: "25 Manwon Special Measure Act" May Be Unconstitutional... Legislative Challenges Ahead
The People Power Party stated that the Democratic Party of Korea's special measure law to provide 250,000 won per citizen has "potential constitutional issues."
On the 12th, Senior Spokesperson Yoon Hee-seok emphasized this to reporters at the National Assembly, citing Article 66, Paragraph 4 of the Constitution, which states that "executive power belongs to the government headed by the president."
