IEN-Ajung Networks Join Hands... "Connecting Housing and Lifestyle Infrastructure Services at Once"
On the 10th, IEN, a brokerage solution company, announced that it has signed a strategic business agreement (MOU) with Ajeong Networks, which operates the lifestyle infrastructure connection network 'Ajeongdang.'
According to the agreement, licensed real estate agents using the brokerage solution 'Junggaein' will provide housing connection services through a platform linked with Ajeong Networks. Customers moving to a new home will also be able to access lifestyle infrastructure connection services such as moving, cleaning, internet and TV subscriptions, and home appliance rentals.
Ajeong Networks is a network company that connects consumers with lifestyle products and services, including internet and TV subscriptions, mobile phone services, moving, and cleaning. Kim Min-gi, CEO of Ajeong Networks, said, "We partnered with IEN to break the rigid and entrenched framework of platform business," adding, "We expect licensed real estate agents to enhance not only work efficiency but also consumer satisfaction by utilizing these services."
IEN is a proptech company combining real estate and IT. Based on the tenant community 'Jeonse Tenants Association,' it began developing the safe lease solution app 'Tenant Protector, Imcha-in' and established 'Rentwin,' a program to recover damages from unreturned jeonse deposits. Furthermore, aiming to build a new paradigm in brokerage by strengthening licensed real estate agents' capabilities and improving work efficiency, IEN plans to launch the platform 'Junggaein' in collaboration with Ajeong Networks.
