The Small and Medium Business Corporation announced on the 9th that it has launched the digital learning platform ‘SSUP’ that integrates offline and online training to digitally transform job training for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
Based on over 40 years of accumulated corporate training know-how, the Corporation has established an informatization project plan to provide SMEs with a continuous training system without time and space constraints, and is promoting the development of the digital learning platform in three phases by 2026.
The first-phase platform, completed this year, offers features such as ▲ AI chatbot available 24/7 for Q&A ▲ big data-based learning capability MBTI diagnosis ▲ GPS-linked mobile attendance and certificate issuance ▲ establishment of a dedicated corporate site. In particular, it significantly improved customer convenience by reducing learners’ content search time through personalized recommendation services and managing employee training histories via a dedicated system for corporate managers.
