Jin Gyo-hoon, Gangseo District Mayor, Visits Senior Citizens Event on Parents' Day to Greet
Jin Gyo-hoon, Mayor of Gangseo District, Seoul, visited various senior citizen events held throughout the area on the 8th in celebration of Parents' Day to express his gratitude for the hard work and dedication of the elderly.
On this day, Mayor Jin visited welfare facilities such as Deungchon 9 Comprehensive Social Welfare Center, Gangseo Senior Welfare Center, Bongjesan Senior Center, and Deungchon 1 Comprehensive Social Welfare Center, attending the 'Parents' Day Senior Events' held at each location and spending time with the elderly.
He shook hands with the seniors one by one, greeting them with, "Enjoy your meal and always stay healthy." He also personally pinned carnations on them to convey his respect.
Mayor Jin sang a version of Park Sang-chul's song "Mujogeon" ("Unconditionally"), changing the word "you" to "mother" in the lyrics.
