[One Day Walk] Forest Bathing and Hot Spring Bathing at the Same Time... Yeoju 32 Course
11.4km from Jangsu Waterfall Entrance to Gangcheon-myeon Administrative Welfare Center
Gyeonggi Dullegil Course 32 is an 11.4 km trail that goes from the entrance of Jangsu Waterfall to Gangcheon-myeon. It takes about 4 hours and 15 minutes, passing through Magamsan Mountain and Yeoju Oncheon.
From Jangsu Village, walking about 2 km along the road leads to the entrance of Magamsan Mountain. This mountain spans Dojeon-ri, Georeun-ri, and Bupyeong-ri in Gangcheon-myeon. Its highest peak is 388 meters above sea level. The origin of the name Magamsan is interesting. During the Joseon King Hyojong era, General Iwan released his horse at Yeongwollu in Yeoju, and it came to this place. Since then, it was called Malgamsan, but when converted into Chinese characters, it became Magamsan.
Many hikers climb Magamsan together with the adjacent Bogumsan Mountain. You can access the trail from the pedestrian bridge connecting Magamsan and Bogumsan. After climbing about 300 meters of a slope, you reach the observatory at the summit. After that, the trail continues through a forest path that is almost flat. On the northern foothills, there is the Magamsan Forest Bathing Area, where you can enjoy phytoncides among pine and oak trees. The Taeguk Rock, which can be seen during the Magamsan hike, is a notable attraction. It is a round rock with a Taeguk pattern crack.

Descending the forest trail leads to Yeoju Oncheon, the only hot spring in Yeoju, which comes from a 720-meter underground bedrock. It is a mildly alkaline hot spring rich in natural minerals including sodium. It is said to be effective for atopic diseases. The water is drinkable and is known to be beneficial for chronic digestive disorders. From Yeoju Oncheon, walking another 3 km leads to the destination, Gangcheon-myeon Office.
