DX Solution, Foundation Established for Supplying DeepX Products
DeepX, an artificial intelligence (AI) semiconductor company, has established a joint venture (JV) with Dasan Networks, a domestic telecommunications equipment company, to build an on-device AI (AI implemented within devices) ecosystem.

View original imageOn the 3rd, DeepX announced on the 7th that Kim Nok-won, CEO of DeepX, and Nam Min-woo, Chairman of Dasan Networks, along with other representatives from both companies, signed a contract to establish the joint venture 'DX Solution' at DeepX's headquarters in Pangyo, Gyeonggi Province.
DX Solution aims to quickly supply AI semiconductor products developed by DeepX to various domestic application markets and establish technology references. The business will promote support for end customers by developing application modules or software utilizing chips mass-produced by DeepX.
DeepX explained the background of establishing the joint venture, stating, "While chip development is important in system semiconductors, it is crucial to support end customers with hardware modules and application software tailored to each application field or customer’s needs. Building a partner ecosystem that manufactures modules and develops application software suitable for final application fields by leveraging AI semiconductor developers' chips and software technology is essential."
Dasan Networks is a company showcasing network and automotive electronics technologies. Based on global application processors (AP) and system-on-chips (SoC), it develops and supplies hardware modules and application software necessary for the automotive and network system industries, accumulating know-how and technological capabilities in the field, including reverse licensing to global AP and SoC companies.
