Chairman Choi Deung-gyu of Daebo Group Donates 1 Billion Won to Support Young Golf Talents
Choi Deung-gyu, chairman of Daebo Group and chairman of the Didimdol Foundation, donated 1 billion KRW to the foundation to foster junior golf players and expand the golf base.
According to the Didimdol Foundation on the 29th, the donation ceremony held that day was attended by Director Park Seri, who jointly leads the CLUBD Dream Tree social contribution project, Executive Director Jeon Yoo-hoon, and Secretary General Yeo Ji-ye.
The donation will be used for various social contribution activities promoted by the Didimdol Foundation, including ▲the nationwide social contribution CLUBD Dream Tree ▲tournaments and mentoring programs for junior golf development ▲programs to expand the golf base.

View original imageSince 2000, Chairman Choi has led the popularization of golf and the development of golf culture by hosting the Seowon Valley Charity Green Concert, which opens the golf course free of charge. The 20th Green Concert is scheduled to be held on May 25.
In addition, Seowon Valley Country Club hosts the only LPGA tournament in Korea, as well as KLPGA and KPGA tournaments. It has also worked to expand the golf base by hosting the largest women's amateur tournament in the country, a golf tournament for the visually impaired, free weddings for multicultural families, and fostering junior golf players through the Seowon Academy.
