Shinhan Financial Group Holds Regular General Meeting of Shareholders... Yoon Jae-won Appointed as Chairman of the Board
Shinhan Financial Group announced on the morning of the 26th that it held the 23rd Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and an extraordinary board meeting at its headquarters located in Jung-gu, Seoul, approving key agenda items such as the financial statement settlement and the appointment of directors.
This year, outside director Yoon Jae-won was appointed as the chairman of the board. This marks the second time since 2010, when Shinhan Financial Group became the first in the domestic financial sector to appoint a female chairman of the board.
