According to the Korea Meteorological Administration on the 24th, under the influence of high pressure located over the East Sea, easterly winds blew, raising daytime temperatures in the central region above 20 degrees Celsius. In the morning, under the influence of high pressure located over the northern East Sea, rain will fall in the Yeongdong area of Gangwon Province. From the morning, rain will spread to the coastal areas of Jeollanam-do, and from daytime to the Chungnam region, southern Chungbuk, other southern regions, and by late afternoon, rain will gradually expand nationwide. In the inland and mountainous areas of Gangwon, rain or snow will fall.

In Jeju Island and some southern coastal areas, strong rain accompanied by gusts and thunder/lightning may fall at a rate of 10~20 mm per hour. Caution is advised to prevent safety accidents.
