Anseong Fire Station Establishes 'Simshin Anjeong Room'... 12th in Gyeonggi Province
The Gyeonggi-do Fire and Disaster Headquarters has established a Mental Health Stabilization Room at Anseong Fire Station to help fire officers relieve post-traumatic stress and achieve mental and physical stability.
On the 22nd, the Fire and Disaster Headquarters announced that, as part of a social contribution project promoted by KB Insurance and the Hope Bridge National Disaster Relief Association, the Mental Health Stabilization Room was installed at Anseong Fire Station on the 21st.
The Mental Health Stabilization Room, prepared on the second floor of the 119 Rescue Team at Anseong Fire Station with an area of 36㎡, is equipped with massage chairs, counseling spaces, and plant therapy. In particular, various indirect lighting facilities were installed to provide a calming function using lighting.

View original imageThe National Disaster Relief Association and KB Insurance have been promoting this project since 2016, and have supported the installation of Mental Health Stabilization Rooms in a total of 82 locations nationwide, including 12 places in Gyeonggi-do, such as the newly opened Anseong Fire Station.
The Fire and Disaster Headquarters expressed their gratitude by presenting commemorative plaques to the National Disaster Relief Association and KB Insurance.
