Gwangju Dong-gu to Operate Youth Specialized Program Starting from the 23rd
Dong-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City announced on the 21st that it will operate a youth-specialized program titled "Connecting Tomorrow with Life Masters" at the Dong-gu Humanities Hall starting from the 23rd.
This program was prepared to provide future vision to young people who are deeply worried about uncertainties in their career paths through meetings with life masters, former executives of large corporations who have accumulated diverse experiences in real life.
Ensle Cooperative, which will serve as the program instructors during the education period, was established in 2015 centered around retirees in their 50s to mid-60s who were former executives of large corporations. Currently, about 40 life masters actively share the know-how they built up at leading large companies with young people and serve as mentors.
This education will be held five times, once a month until July at the Dong-gu Humanities Hall. Starting with "The Meaning of Money and Financial Management in Modern Society" on the 23rd of this month, it will cover various topics such as ▲ Career Success and Future Strategies for the MZ Generation (April 27) ▲ The World of New Challenges in Second Life (May 25) ▲ Stories of the East in History (June 22) ▲ Preparing for the Future According to Technological Changes (July 13), engaging in discussions and communication with young people.
Each lecture is free of charge, and anyone can participate through the Dong-gu Office website, the Dong-gu Humanities Hall blog, or by phone. On-site registration is also accepted on the day of the lecture.
