Gwangju Lotte Department Store Opens Popular Daejeon Restaurant 'Jokbal Yori Jip'
Lotte Department Store Gwangju Branch announced on the 21st that it has opened 'Jokbal Yori Jip,' a popular restaurant from Daejeon, on the B1 floor Food Avenue.
At Jokbal Yori Jip, customers can enjoy a variety of jokbal dishes from around the world, including traditional-style jokbal as well as barbecue jokbal.
The store started as a pop-up at the Daejeon branch and was recognized solely for its taste, leading to its establishment as a permanent store. It was subsequently introduced at Dongtan Branch, Lotte Mall Suji Branch, and now newly opened at the Gwangju Branch.
The signature menu includes barbecue jokbal full of smoky flavor (1 pack, 24,800 KRW) and traditional jokbal (large/medium, 35,000 KRW / 27,000 KRW). To celebrate the opening, an event is being held until the end of this month where customers who purchase traditional jokbal will receive a free pack of pork skin.
