GS Retail's convenience store GS25 announced on the 21st that it is collaborating with Netflix to open the 'Physical:100 Season 2 - Underground Pop-up Store' at Door to Seongsu in Seongsu-dong until the 8th of next month, expanding the synergy of 'Online for Offline (O4O)'.
The pop-up store was planned to commemorate the release of the second season of Netflix's popular show Physical 100 and to allow consumers who set exercise goals at the beginning of the year to revisit their plans around March and continue their experience and consumption.
The experiential event features various gamification elements blended with Netflix content, including rewards through a lottery for customers who achieve their goals via InBody measurements, three fitness improvement games including a treadmill challenge, and a prize-giving event for outstanding bodyweight exercise performers. GS25 is also showcasing a total of 10 differentiated Netflix collaboration products released since June last year, including three Physical 100 items: Physical 100 Chicken Breast, Physical 100 Chicken Breast Sausage, and Physical 100 Chicken Breast Salad, with some of these offered as '1+1' promotions exclusively at the pop-up store.
