11 Courses Utilizing Semiconductors, AI Coding, and Big Data
On-Site Practice and Support Programs for Career-Interrupted Women
Yongin City in Gyeonggi Province announced on the 21st that it will operate an 'Employment Support Program' to cultivate specialized local talent.
The program, organized by the Yongin City Job Center and Yongin Women's New Work Center, offers 11 courses across three fields: future talent development, practical fieldwork, and competency enhancement.
The future talent development field is designed to cultivate specialized personnel related to the designation of a semiconductor specialized complex and future talents suited for the Fourth Industrial Revolution era. It includes ▲Semiconductor Cluster Talent Development ▲Artificial Intelligence (AI) Coding Practical Training ▲Big Data Utilization Course.
In the practical fieldwork area, courses include ▲New Security Guard Training ▲Forklift Operator Training ▲Job Counselor Practical Training ▲Multi-Office Worker Practical Training ▲Silver Social Worker ▲Online Shopping Mall Office Worker.
The competency enhancement field, operated to help women whose work activities have been interrupted and young job seekers explore job roles, consists of ▲Group Counseling Program ▲Job Mentoring.
Graduates of the program will receive employment linkage support such as job matching consultations and job placement assistance.
The number of recruits per course is around 20. Detailed information on the target audience, application methods, and training periods for each program can be found through the Yongin City Job Center and the integrated job platform on the Yongin City Hall website.
