[Tomorrow's Weather] Morning Below Freezing Cold Snap... Fine Dust 'Good'
On the 21st, morning temperatures will drop below freezing, especially in the central inland areas, making it cold.
The sky will be mostly clear nationwide, but clouds will occasionally increase in Gangwon Province and the Gyeongbuk region from the afternoon.
In the Gangwon mountain area, around 1mm of rain or 1 to 3cm of snow is expected in the afternoon.
The morning low temperature is forecasted to be between -4 and 2 degrees Celsius, and the daytime high between 7 and 14 degrees Celsius.
With morning temperatures falling below 0 degrees Celsius, frost will form and ice may develop in some areas. Attention should be paid to health management and crop care.

Wave heights in the offshore waters (about 200 km from the coastline) are expected to be 1.0 to 3.5 meters in the East Sea, 0.5 to 2.5 meters in the West Sea, and 0.5 to 3.0 meters in the South Sea.
