Encouraging Member Participation Through Discounts for Personal Cup Users at Beverage Stores
Hansu Hwan, President of Dong-Eui University, participated in the nationwide campaign to reduce plastic organized by the Ministry of Environment, called the ‘Bye Bye Plastic Challenge,’ on the 19th.

View original imageThe ‘Bye Bye Plastic (BBP)’ challenge is a nationwide campaign meaning ‘saying goodbye to plastic,’ aimed at reducing unnecessary plastic use in daily life and promoting responsible consumption to protect the Earth.
Hansu Hwan, who joined the campaign upon the nomination of Lee Byung-jin, President of Busan Transportation Corporation, certified his participation on Dong-Eui University’s official social media (SNS) account.
President Hansu Hwan stated, “Our on-campus beverage stores offer discounts and other benefits when using personal cups, and we will strive to expand this initiative to other businesses on campus to reduce plastic usage. Through various programs and benefits, we will encourage students, faculty, and staff to join in reducing plastic.”
