Pyeongtaek City Supports Interest on Jeonse and Monthly Rent Deposit Loans for Youth
Pyeongtaek City in Gyeonggi Province is recruiting new applicants for the 'Pyeongtaek City Youth Jeonse and Monthly Rent Deposit Loan Interest Support Project' to support housing stability and local settlement for young people.
The eligible housing must be located in Pyeongtaek City, with a rental deposit of 250 million KRW or less and an exclusive area of 85㎡ or less as of the project announcement date. Eligible applicants are young household heads without housing whose household income is 180% or less of the median income standard.
The city plans to accept applications through the administrative welfare centers in the applicants' residential districts from the 15th to the 26th of next month.
Applicants who are beneficiaries of public housing support projects such as Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH)'s Happy Housing and Youth Purchase Rental Housing, Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation (HUG)'s Steadfast Jeonse Fund Loans (including newborn special cases and youth-exclusive loans), and Jeonse and monthly rent deposit loans for young workers employed by small and medium enterprises are excluded from eligibility.
