The Shinan County Council in Jeollanam-do (Chairman Kim Hyuk-seong) attracted attention by holding the first plenary session of the 318th extraordinary meeting on the 15th, with all members dressed in yellow attire.
According to the county, this was promoted to commemorate the Island Narcissus Festival, which will be held for a total of 17 days from the 22nd of this month to the 7th of next month in Seondo, Jido-eup, Shinan County.
