On the 15th, Judge Jeong Yeon-ju of the Criminal Division 6 at Suwon District Court Seongnam Branch sentenced Oh to 8 months in prison with a 2-year suspension and ordered him to complete 40 hours of a sexual violence treatment program.
The court stated, "The contents of the victim's diary, the counseling records from counseling agencies after the incident, and other evidence largely correspond to the details of the case, and the victim's statements appear consistent and are testimonies that could not have been made without experience."
Earlier, Oh was prosecuted in November 2022 on charges of forcibly molesting victim A twice during the summer of 2017 while staying in a certain province for a theater performance, including hugging her on a walking trail and kissing her on the cheek in front of her residence.
