Consumer Agency Initiates Voluntary Recall of Leto Dual Clean Mini Humidifier
Quality Issues Due to Rust Formation
The Korea Consumer Agency announced that it will conduct a voluntary recall of the Letogems Dual Clean Mini Humidifier starting from the 15th.

View original imageThe Consumer Agency received information that rust occurs on the top control part of the humidifier and, after investigation, determined that normal operation is difficult. The agency stated, "The waterproof treatment on the top part of the product was exposed to water and moisture for an extended period, causing rust to form."
The Consumer Agency, in consultation with the manufacturer, decided to offer refunds or part replacements for all products sold from November 17 last year to February 13 this year.

The Consumer Agency urged consumers who have products with rust on the top part or those without the maximum capacity indicated on the bottom part to stop using the product and contact the Letogems customer service center or visit their website.
