Construction Association Gyeongbuk Chapter Donates 20 Million Won to Gyeongbuk Education Scholarship Foundation
The Gyeongbuk Education Scholarship Foundation (Chairman Lim Jong-sik) held a scholarship donation ceremony on the 13th at the Gyeongbuk Office of Education reception room with the Gyeongsangbuk-do Chapter of the Korea Construction Association (Chairman Park Han-sang), which donated 20 million won in scholarships.
The Gyeongsangbuk-do Chapter of the Korea Construction Association, which has 960 comprehensive construction contractors in the Gyeongbuk region as member companies, is carrying out various scholarship projects for future talents, such as donating development funds to the Army 3rd Officer Academy and donating the Uljin Love Scholarship Fund. In 2021, it also donated 10 million won in scholarships to the Gyeongsangbuk-do Education Scholarship Foundation for students in the Gyeongbuk region.
Chairman Park Han-sang said, “We decided to donate to deliver warm support and hope to students who will be responsible for the future society of the region, and we hope this scholarship will be meaningfully used for students who are focusing on their studies despite difficult circumstances.”
