Netmarble announced on the 12th that it held the launch ceremony for the 21st class of its university student supporter program, 'Marvel Challenger.'
The selected participants will experience various practical tasks over approximately six months until August, working biweekly at Netmarble's headquarters, G Tower, alongside professionals. These tasks include ▲creating new media content (TikTok, Reels, etc.) ▲writing content for the official Marvel Challenger Naver blog ▲analyzing trends such as popular game and 1020 generation issues ▲planning online and offline events ▲supporting social contribution activities.
Additionally, the 21st class of Marvel Challenger will receive certificates of completion and enjoy benefits such as preferential treatment in document screening when applying for jobs at Netmarble, activity allowances, and mentoring from professionals.
Im Hyun-seop, head of Netmarble's New Media Team, said, "We are preparing various programs related to Netmarble's anticipated titles such as 'Arthdal Chronicles: The Three Powers' and 'Solo Leveling: Arise.' We will spare no effort to support participants in gaining broad experience in new media work by utilizing platforms popular among the MZ generation, such as TikTok."

Meanwhile, Marvel Challenger, which has been operating since 2013, is the longest-running university student external activity program in the domestic gaming industry. Up to the 20th class, a total of 185 graduates have been produced, with 61% of those eligible for employment working in the gaming industry, contributing to talent development.
