Yuanta Securities Appoints Luo Zifeng as New CEO
Yuanta Securities announced on the 11th that Luo Zhipeng (羅志鵬), Senior Vice President of Yuanta Financial Holdings, has been appointed as the new CEO.

On the same day, Yuanta Securities held a meeting of the Executive Candidate Recommendation Committee and the Board of Directors at its headquarters in Euljiro, Seoul, where they made this decision and resolved to submit the proposal for the appointment of an inside director to the shareholders' meeting.
Born in 1969, the appointed CEO Luo Zhipeng has served as an executive at Hong Kong Yuanta Securities, Hong Kong KGI Securities, Elite Times Capital, and Sunshine Asset.
