Strengthening Collaboration with Partners... Hyundai Mobis Hosts '2024 Partners Day'
CEO Lee Gyuseok "Always Provide Feedback on Partner Proposals and Requests"
Hyundai Mobis CEO Lee Gyu-seok met with representatives from over 200 partner companies to strengthen mutual communication and collaboration, emphasizing a partnership-based cooperative relationship.
On the 11th, Hyundai Mobis announced that it held the 24th '2024 Partners Day' on the 8th at a hotel in Jeju, inviting more than 200 key partner company representatives.
At the event, CEO Lee stated, "To secure leadership in the future mobility market, we must build mutually developmental relationships and become true partners," adding, "I will personally practice a culture of listening to partners' proposals, requests, and opinions, setting schedules and ensuring feedback." He particularly highlighted plans to enhance communication and collaboration in areas such as safety quality, ESG (environment, social, and governance) management, and stabilization of the parts supply chain.
To this end, Hyundai Mobis operates not only the annual regular Partners Day event but also industry-specific technical committees and an online grievance system. Last year, it selected new support projects including the purchase of carbon emission reduction equipment to establish ESG management systems for partners and the installation of equipment to prevent safety accidents. Additionally, various win-win cooperation programs are in place, such as the establishment of a partner co-growth fund, support for new technology development and productivity improvement, and ESG education support.
